Pranav, a 7-year-old boy, resides in the squalor of Maharana Pratap Bhat Sewa Basti, an urban slum near Tughlaqabad. With his father often away working in the art sector, and his mother forced to beg on the streets of Delhi to support her family, Pranav’s future seemed bleak. However, hope began to glimmer, thanks to the intervention of ROSHNI’s team.

ROSHNI saw the potential in Pranav and recognized the importance of education in breaking the cycle of poverty. They took it upon themselves to teach him and provide for all his educational needs. Pranav, who had never set foot in a school before, was filled with excitement and curiosity.

At the ROSHNI Learning Center, Pranav’s world began to expand. Patient and dedicated teachers imparted knowledge and sparked his thirst to learn. From the basics of reading and writing to math and science, Pranav absorbed it all, his young mind blossoming with each new lesson.
